My girl is nearly ready!
The lights for her flowering cycle came on on the 19th of March so it's Day 54
is there anything I need to do? Anything I need to look for? When to know its ready? etc. etc.
Strain is Nicole Hindu Kush and it said +/- 56 days.
I'm just looking for some general advice to help me make sure I get this right please.

P.S. I'm a complete noob so yeah.

Advise to post a clear picture or two with natural light (no grow light). Most likely your plant will not be ready in 56 days. Rule of thumb is to add ~2 weeks to the seller's estimate.

At least couple more weeks.

The pistils have not receded and the buds have not filled out yet.

Keep waiting. It has about 3 more weeks to go. All or almost all pistils will have turned orange/brown and will start to retract towards the calyx. The calyx will also have swelled.
