Flipping to flower with some questions.

Good morning from Michigan everybody! I have a couple of questions in regards to flipping my plants to flower. They are currently on an 18/6 light cycle with MH lights. This evening I will be flipping them into flower. Their current cycle has them on from 8 pm thru 2 pm. When the lights come on tonite, I will have the timer changed so that they run 8 pm to 8 am. (12/12) Also they will turn on with the HPS bulbs. Should I rais the light fixtures up before the lights come on or as the stretch closer to them? Also, they are on the Cyco nutrient line, currently taking Grow A & B along with Cal Mag plus. Should tomorrows feeding be the Bloom A & B with the Cal Mag?

Stick with your veg nutes for a week or two. After the stretch and flowering begins switch to bloom nutes. Thats what I do! Hello from Southern Michigan.

Switching to HPS you need to raise the light. I run my MH at 24” and my HPS closer to 30”

We all do it different, l give weak pk at onset of 12x12 and half strength week 3, flower nutes from day 1, not in flower till tip looks like cottonball. No leaves present, dome of hairs. Now week 1 of flower. Light is 1 ft at 100% from day l flip, raise light if getting close. Did same with hps and now led, better with leds, more even canopy. Usually repot right before switch. No veg to speak of. This is my way, other peoples way will probably be right way! Grow your own way. Adopt from others. Good luck!

I dont count its in flower until no leaves on tip, only hairs, this way 65 days is really 80 or 85. Your no noob! Its the way l fool myself into letting them mature. By end of week 2 or 3 flower starts, stretch isnt flowering, is transition. I dont count transition as flowering. Its better math for me than thinking 65 days after flip l can harvest. Old and scenile as all fuck.
