Officially is relevant to each...I count when the first true leaves are about 1 inch long...but that's me.What does that actually mean??
I usually just say how long from sprouting since idk when a plant is officially in veg.
I’ve seen a few seedling guides where they say three nodes is the end of seedling and start of veg, is that when people start counting?
Yessir. When it is too big for a beer cup
Yessir, opinions are like...well I'm sure you know the expression lol.Lol so about the same as what my research said.
Some people say when it’s got a few nodes and some as soon as it sprouts.
Absolutely!I don't count. I put them in the flower tent when they get to be the size I want.
Same thing with flowering. Some count from the flip and some count when it actually starts to flower.I’m surprised there’s not a standard time frame.
It’s crazy two people will both say “I vegged six weeks” but ones plant will be two weeks older.
Some may be massive due to grow style...say DWC for instance...very fast growth apparently, since nutrients are introduced immediately.Lol it won’t once I’ve got a few grows under my belt.
Sometimes I’ll compare my plants to other peoples pictures and see how the sizes line up. Took me a minute to figure out why some were massive.
I can take one example with Kali Mist from Serious. On their site they state 10-11 weeks but I've had phenos that were done in 110-125 days, that's 16-17 weeks.Lol it won’t once I’ve got a few grows under my belt.

Coco is da bomb if done right.Yeah I started a few in soil and then decided to try one in coir after reading about it.
Definitely going all coir from now on. To me it’s easier than soil and the plant is way bigger and faster.
