Hi whats the difference in yield between 3 and 5 gallon pots?
It depends on the health of your roots. You could have pots as big as you want but if your roots don't fill the whole thing up then why bother?
Pot size can affect the yield but does not determine the yield. If you are doing a short veg than a larger pot will not matter. I think I saw some place a guideline for X number of gallons per X weeks of veg.potter doesn't determine yeild..... length of veg does
Well played sir, rep given.

Did you finally make it onto the internet in 2021, and decided to drum up an 8 year old thread for funzies? Asking for a friend. If your just getting started the go with the 3s. It will allow you to learn what your babies need. Saves on water as well. There are soooo many factors that determine yield. Do your research on each strain. Lights, temps, for the area and your water. But try. I've been at this since before internet and u have it easy to find information. The true test is the application I wish you the best in your endeavor bigger pots dont always mean bigger plants or harvest.
