Power outage.......

Quick question! Going into week 7 of veg, I had a power outage yesterday for around a half hour in the last 4 hours of an 18/6 light cycle. Is this going to force these into flower prematurely? I was going to cut them back to 12/12 in a week anyways. Any advice would be appreciated!

I was going to cut them back to 12/12 in a week anyways. Any advice would be appreciated! No they won’t flower. I went a period where I was manually turning lights off and on. Plants would sometimes get 18 or more hours of light per day and sometimes as little as 15 hours a day. This went on for about 3 months or so with the light hours rarely being the same for more than a day or two consecutively. That light schedule can shift around and the plants don’t miss a beat as long as you’re not going like 14 hours or less for many days in a row

Should not make any difference in veg cycle. Usually no trouble during “lights on” in flower. Had a 2 hour outage last week here during “lights on”.

At summer solstice where l live we get 15 hrs and 40 mins of light. Thats longest day of year. So they wont even notice. And still got more light than in wild.

it happened to me when my plant was in seedling stage, except my power outage lasted 3 days. it swapped to flower, so i had to reveg it. as the plant grew, the leaf structure was abnormal.

An LED lantern and flashlights are enough and will “fool” the plants to think it’s “Lights On”. Definitely much more serious during flower.

No, it's all good in veg ! In flower if that happens I find it best to leave them off till next lights on !

Something happened to timer and lights came on almost 2 hrs ahead of time as soon as l noticed l reset timer and turned light off. Is this right? Or should l leave on? Flower cycle, one plant week 6 others 4,3 2. Never had this happen. Sorry for using your thread but lt was newest.
