This is my 1st time performing low stress training on my plant. I did top as well but my question is now that I'm on 12/12 after 3 months of veg is there anything else I can do to boost yield? Also for you seasoned growers.....what kind of yield should I expect from all this? Its only 1 plant,

First things first... About A Pound

Secondly, if that's 3 months, you waited an unnecessary amount of time to switch, could have easily done it at 6-7 weeks.

My tip for you is to try mainlining next. Looks like you would have fun with that.

Your LST is good, you will get much better with every plant you grow.

Best of luck, I wish you crystal buds.

Honestly I have Bag Of about 50 seeds in it. All i know is that they are feminized seeds but all different strains so I just been having fun and hoping for the best lol

For training, I tend to recommend just topping. Put a lot of plants in a small area and go for height. Deep canopy penetration. If you defoliate well with this you'd hit stupid yields and you don't waste time training plants with LST and Mainlining.

LST and Mainlining are fun don't get me wrong - it's how I started. But after a couple of grows, it becomes so tedious. Also, IMO mainlining sets your plants back a couple of weeks. I've done side by sides (two weeks extra veg on the mainline vs just LST) and yields were around 5g's more which is pretty marginal. Of course, this is not a comprehensive study but I've heard similar stuff on forums so I'm leaning towards that outcome.

Do you have any photos of the above method?

Part of the fun of growing is working with your plants. LST gives you that and great yields. And honestly it takes very little time to do, I wouldn't call it tedious in the least bit.

Sure. This is my current grow after defoliation in week 3 flower. Purple Punch pheno Barneys Farm - high is not my fav but she is an absolute beast of a pheno. You usually want to aim for 2 ft of canopy depth but I only got 1 ft on this run.

Because the canopy is so dense there's a lot of space for light to be absorbed even though there are no huge fan leaves. You can get good results with more traditional methods but the commercial guys hitting 3 pounds per light use this method. I hit 290 grams off my last run (2 by 8 tent) and I think this one is going to be well over 500 - maybe 600.

Yeah, it is fun I agree - but after a while, it lost its appeal to me. Especially since I realized I can get better results with less work. But I am also a pretty busy guy so anything I can streamline I do.
