They’ve been growing really slow, maybe the FFOF soil caused it? Should I transplant “A”to 7 gallon? Need answers please

If you dont trust your medium i guess its up to you.
Place something under it if it cant reach the lamp compared to the others

But in good medium its still has plenty of space, Judging frome the other one its no disaster. If it gets alittle bit rootbound(actually makes transplanting easier) shake it loose or even cut. Its gonna set you back abit which a established plant can handle better. Wouldnt wanna shock the plant right now by transplanting. Looks healthy enough. I just use sand 10-15%(draining) and potty earth that. Nothing wrong with. If you wanna switch to something else its not to late.

Try starting it plants in roots organic next time. Than move to FFOF once you have vigorous growth.

Ocean forest isn’t hot my seedling mix has more. Small plants go into a mix much much warmer then ocean forest. The sun is too much for them causing them to slow down most likely.

Not sure where you are and what temps are like, but, are you bringing them inside in the evening/think you have a need to? Were they started inside and hardened off before being moved outside?

Usually people keep their young plants too wet. Looks like you might be keeping them too dry.

I wouldn't transplant anything but I would fill the smaller pot up with more soil.

Like burn said if they weren’t hardened off before they went outside it can stall them out. You need to look into hardening off plants.
