Let it be. If planted about 1 cm down it'll take her a couple days my last round took 4 days, after popping, to erupt from the planting medium. Your English is better than a lot of native speakers.

Thanks for your reply...
I m a little bit worried.
I have to leave her under my cfl ligth or add more wet soil at the top?

It's fine, just leave it alone. No need to add more wet soil. If the top of the soil gets dry, spray it a little with a water sprayer. It should be fine in a day or two.

Keep an eye on it and be ready to intervene. Spraying with water definitely helps but sometimes it's not enough.

I had a stubborn seed here 10 days ago. It can die from it. Mist. let a drop hang from it. do it again and it came off like nothing. Can use a tooth pick.
But generally its not worth the risk damaging it. Nature will take its course.

This might make you feel better. Here are 4 sprouts that were totally yellow when they shed their shells. Second pic of them green is 5 days later and last pic is now. They will be fine IMO.

Thank you very much give me a little extra hope
Now the seedling have a better color but i started to think that the problem is the soil (maybe i add to much humus and so there is too much water and humidity)

Ps your plant are beatiful

Thanks. Those are being used for a seed run. They should end up looking something like this.

How it seems for you? I think the growing is slowing down for the high stress but now i ve change the soil (for better areation).
I fear a stunt grow for that seedling.

And now a new born, yellow, but she have primary leaves already formed.
I should continue or plant new seeds?

Ps: they are Euphoria from RQS a lovely strain but I don't know if i can make it ahaha

You might want to consider moving your light closer to the seedlings. One of those is stretching too far. You want to keep them short at this point.
With the lights closer the plant won't stretch for them. Then you will get a much healthier stem that won't fold over and die.
Also once they have broken the top of the soil it's normal for them to seem to slow down in growth. Don't worry about it. The plant is developing its root system. O.ce the roots are more established it will start growing at a faster pace.
Good luck friend!
