The law is the law, so I cannot argue with the verdict, but that's fucking bizarre. Intent should always be the difference between murder and manslaughter. As I understood, in minnesota if the defendant caused someone's death while committing a crime they are guilty of murder wether they intended to kill the person or not.
I don’t believe so. I was just going to post this in this thread:Not up on the laws down there but upon appeal would he be allowed out till it’s heard? I’m sure there will be an appeal so I doubt this is over sadly .
Judges discretion. The judge will do what he is told. Most do.Not up on the laws down there but upon appeal would he be allowed out till it’s heard? I’m sure there will be an appeal so I doubt this is over sadly .
Who tells him Rob? We are curious, be specific and name names.Judges discretion. The judge will do what he is told. Most do.
This may help. Second degree murder is, it seems, variable in Minnesota.
EXPLAINER: Why battle over a murder charge in Floyd's death
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Jury selection in the trial of a former Minneapolis officer accused in the death of George Floyd was put on hold Monday while an appeals court considers whether to reinstate a third-degree murder charge against himapnews.com
Ahhh perfect, thanks gents! As I understood, in minnesota if the defendant caused someone's death while committing a crime they are guilty of murder wether they intended to kill the person or not.
He’s sitting in an underground cell at Oak Park Heights as we speak.we've got a nice cell about 70 ft underground here in lovely Canon City Colorado at the Supermax facility
He did cut a deal for manslaughter at first, then they added charges.he should have made a bid.....cut a deal. Prob could have gotten away with only manslaughter
I think he exhibited intentThe law is the law, so I cannot argue with the verdict, but that's fucking bizarre. Intent should always be the difference between murder and manslaughter.
nope..remanded to custody until at which time you hear 'not guilty'. an appeal takes time and i believe has to be accepted- you just don't get one, you have to apply for it and most states are like this. Not up on the laws down there but upon appeal would he be allowed out till it’s heard? you have to listen very carefully to the audio.I think he exhibited intent
When he refused to let him up till he stopped breathing
Let me kneel on your neckWhat a cunty reply.
OK UB this kneeling on neck stuff is becoming an obsession. Anything sexual going on here?Let me kneel on your neck
Why would it be surprising that any nazi can just dress up in black and blend in and do the violence you kept saying was 'ANTIFA'? Lending 'credibility' to Trump's scam of using their brandname to scare people into thinking the right wing idiots are somehow a good idea for America.Even after the guilty verdict the 100 or so die hard thugs running amok in Portland felt the need to go on another vandalism spree last night. Breaking windows and being stupid. They even broke windows of businesses that had BLM posters on them.

Yes I know you need to file an appeal same as here but wasn’t sure if you remained in custody or it was the courts discretion to allow you to leave custody as it is here.nope..remanded to custody until at which time you hear 'not guilty'. an appeal takes time and i believe has to be accepted- you just don't get one, you have to apply for it and most states are like this.
