Seeds seem to have stopped

I have some seeds that seem to have stopped germinating. They were in water for 16-18 hours. Then they went between paper towels. The seed in the first pic has looked like that for 3 days now. The seed in the second and third pic is the same seed from two different angels and also has not changed in a few days. Usually I get seed to pop and ready to plant in 4-5 days. These are a week old. Maybe I just got a few stubborn ones. These are my first autos maybe they take longer to pop.

I agree with Growbag, they may drown, plant them, keep warm and in dim light for a few days

The only reason I have not done that already is I do not think there is enough sprout to do that. I am going to give them 2 more days then in soil they go. Thanks
What do you mean there is not enough sprout to plant them? You don't have to sprout them at all. You can plant directly. You better get those planted or they're just going to rot if they haven't already.

Two of the seeds hove broke the soil after 2 days in the greenhouse. The temps were in the 70s during the day and dropped to below 40 at night. Last night we got 3" of snow they they were brought inside. Pic 1 is the seeds through the soil and under lights in the basement tonight. Pic 2 on the left are 2 plants that will be given away started 2 weeks ago. The 2 pots on the right are 1 White Widow fem and 1 Dwarf Low Rider planted 1 week ago and the 2 peat pellets are the seeds in photo 1 before they broke the soil.

Keep them inside where they can stay warm.

Good luck.

When I say under lights I am talking about regular shop lights with 4 33w grow lamps. Nothing fancy! With the weather we have they may not see the greenhouse for a few days.
