I Was wondering if any body has ever Ran white felt in the bottom of there flood and drain tables instead of running a coco mat.?. I came across a youtube video that I will post where dude is using white felt so I was wondering if any body has any experience with it.... I'm just thinking of cost savings and easy clean up after harvest.

I've not watched the clip but yes I've used a capillary table, my only problem with it is the pots are stuck in the position as in I couldn't move them they're rooted to the spot.
Edit... It's called capillary matt/mating

Capillary matt I'll check it out thank you

Gotcha I'll prolly try it at least once
I try to get the most out of the space I have. This is the best way for me. Not saying vits for everyone but for me this is what works. And not allot to clean up after harvest just trash it all and start fresh.... I don't like cleaning hydroton for 2 weeks after I harvest...

i use "aquanappe", geotextile felt under rockwool cubes in a top drip nft system
its great and cheap
i just change the felt between the runs, and reuse the 6" cubes indefinitely
