The way your soil looks, I'd guess you've transplanted these recently into those containers? How is drainage?

Do they feel heavy, as in, is there still a lot of water in the soil? Also, if that is new soil you're using, you're probably better off starting with just clean water I'd hesitate to go too heavy on any kind of nutrient regimen yet (especially if those were from seed - or were they cuttings from another plant?)
Careful they are not too close to the light. What kind of light is it? I'd say let them do their thing until the soil dries right out, then give a good watering then start introducing nutes.
If any of that makes sense.
