Discoloured leaves?? Help please?

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, I’ve heard that yellow leaves could mean new growth and not to worry but just want to check. If I’m being stupid please let me know

there are three plants, one og kush and two white widow ( different coloured pots for different strains) the kush doesn’t seem to be discoloured like the other two white widow

I have given them all the same feed and followed the instructions of the feed ( I didn’t half the recommended dosage) I will take a photo of the feed too

any help will be greatly appreciated and thankyou for your time

when its a light green in the center of new growth like that, its just waiting for light to colour it up.
how offten are you watering

Well, I wouldn't be feeding them yet. And when it comes time to change pots I would go to a plastic or fabric pot. The plastic pots are easier to remote rootball from and fabric pots can be cut away or just planted into the new pot without removing them (the roots will just grow through the fabric).

They also look cold. I would warm the roots up with a seedling heating pad.

Until the cotyledods have turned yellow and drying up you should not be feeding them.

did you put the wood in there?
soil and pearlite or vermiculite are the usual airating media.
the nitrogen in the soil will be breaking down the wood and not be available to be used by the plant. soil relys on nitrogen to break matter down.
there are some products on the market fox farm for one and canna being another. im sure you will get some great ideas from other growers. or you can buy potting compost and organic compost to add to it, you will want a 1/3rd compost to 2/3rds potting compost and some pearlite to open the soil up

Start with Fox Farm, happy frog. Its widely available and does a good job. You will only have to water for the time it takes to move up to the next pot. Then move them Fox Farms, ocean forest. Then, you can still just water without feeding them any fertilizer. Ocean forest can carry you all the way through flowering if you use enough in a large enough pot.
The first couple times, in my opinion, it's better for people to be able to just water and get to know how the plant likes to grow. Then after one or two successful grows move on to helping them get bigger and better with supplemental feeding.

I haven't personally heard it's possible to determine if a plant is cold by photographs. Can I ask what about these plants gave you that impression?

Cold roots make it hard for the plant to process phosphorus with leads to the purpleing in young plants.

Personally, they look too small to be fed anything other than good water. Keep in mind one solution does not fit all with that said the one in the window looks fine.
