What am i doing wrong maybe a disease

I think this may be a type of disease or nutrient overload
I've been just using water for about a week but more and more plant seem to be affected as time goes on

You overfed your plants and it looks like you have bugs.

By the damage and mottled leaves etc I would be thinking russet mites.
