Something to be said about the simplicity though! Nice build! My build was fun but I sat there a few times thinking... this is way too much work for a light LOL. It was also my first so I was figuring out a lot of shit on the way.

Simplicity? I'm the guy that attaches strips to a refrigerator shelf with used twist ties from bread bags! :lol:

(The reason all the wire is red is because the red 100ft roll was 9 bucks and every other colour was 45 bucks for some reason)

It's a lot of wire in feet, but it's a clean and very sound wiring method. FWIW, with individual wires to each strip I'd probably use 20 or 22 AWG.
