I have 5 seedlings that started turning yellow. 2 weeks old, been watering almost a water bottle a day through all 5.
soft leaves, but yellow.

You're watering too much and not allowing them to establish a root system, is my first thought. Some of them are clearly stretching. How about some more details of your grow?

I had 2 1000 watt LED’s about 12 inch from seedlings.
Maybe every other day they would get a whole bottle of water.
I put kangaroots by fox farms at quarter strength 1 1/2 weeks ago
Coco loco is medium in 1.5 inch degradable starter
70-74 degrees Fahrenheit
35-40% humidity

For a start, having 2 x 1000w LEDs (if that's what they truly are) is way too much light. I'd turn one off and cut down on the watering!

They aren't 1000 watt lights, but it's still too close. Most LED manufacturers recommend a minimum of 12 inches and that would be in flower.

Small seedlings = less water

Some one got part of the wet/dry cycle routine. LOL. A proper interval between correct amounts of water. Not actually dry. It is needed to avoid root rot. And root bound.

Moist. Never dry.

Needs more nutrients and less water. As soon as I see first set leaves they get rapid root.
