Need help identifing

First two picks are the same that is the one I'm concerned about the second one looks good but things could be questioned can anyone tell me a little about these

They are cannabis plants. They are LST’d, possibly overwatered. Pots are slightly underfilled

My thoughts exactly. The fan leaves take in energy from the sun to fuel those growth nodes....they're going to take a long time to get going without fan leaves.

Becuz I seen powder mildew very bad on bottom leave so I cut the out
