Plant leaves clawing down

Hi, first time grower here, I have just 1 plant a cbd green crack autoflower. She's almost 2 weeks old since planting the germ'd seed. Would just like an opinion on these leaves curling down, does it look like over watering or nutrient problem? I feel like I could have messed up either of these- I feel like I've been over watering for the seedling size. I used brita filtered water only for the first week. Day 8 I decided to use tap water I'd left out 24hrs, with what I thought was a very small amount of Bio grow, I found it awkward to measure with the pipette because it was quite viscous. I'd let the soil dry out before then used about half a litre of liquid in a 4.5 litre fabric pot. I ph'd down to 6.4.

Open to all opinions as I'm new and just learning

Almost looks like over watering to me, kind of looks like you’re using clay in your medium? How often / how much have you been watering?

Yeah I think I've come to the realization they don't need as much water as I thought in early life. I've just been trying to water when the top inch of the soil feels dry, previously the first leaves looked happy and pointing up, but now they've stretched sideways and drooping a little and the new growth seems very clawed. at an estimate I've been watering 500mls every 4 days then trying to let it dry a bit between

Maybe there was still too much water beneath the top surface still?

Also the medium: https://www.canna-uk.com/terra_professional_plus

I can't remember exactly whats in it but there seems to be like sticks/clay type clumps/fiberous stuff in there. I just read online it was a good medium to use with not too many nutes in it so less likely to burn the plants by over feeding

There’s absolutely no nutrient value in your medium. Feed and make it a proper amount after a couple of weeks from sprout. Sooner if the plant shows the need.

Yeah I did just filtered tap for a week then started some nutes on day 8. How much quantity of liquid would you be watering a 1 Uk gallon (4.5 litre) fabric pot at this stage of growth?
