Hey guys, I am considering getting a quantum par meter. Does anyone have a good chart or table that shows the par reading recommendations for each stage of growth?
I can't seem to find any good ones. Thanks!
 
If you aren't using shitty blue/red blurple lights a lux meter will get you close enough to where you need to go.

But ya that table looks fine for intensity at different stages.
 
Sweet, thanks dude! I know a par meter may not be needed, but I want it. I would love to be able to work my grows with it for years on end. It's an investment though, that's for sure. And the light intensity is what the par meader reads out, correct?

So what would the correct lux reading be comparative to the chart above ? Is there a conversion lux to par ?

I go by this roughly. There are conversion rates but it depends on the colours temperature and light source. Check out the link below the pic too it's a calculator for lux to ppfd. There's also conversion tables kicking around somewhere.
