Please recommend a 50w LED lamp

Hello, I want to grow just 1 plant under a 50w LED lamp, just for fun. Why 50w? Because I normally grow in my balcony but due to the sun's position there is no direct light from March 15- August 15, so just for fun I want to grow 1 auto under it. Can't be more than that since I live in an expensive beach front and electricity is expensive. I already had a 50w AQUARIUM light and the amount of $ it spends is not so bad, but more than that I know prices hike up a lot.

So just recommend a good pendant with those specs, please. Thanks

50W won't grow a plant unfortunately.
A bud maybe.

I would say 100W will give you a fighting chance for one small auto.

you can grow under 50W. I run my qbs soft and only give them 50W each but close to my canopy. I can fit a small plant in a 2 gal under that and pull a zip. the challenge is you need to flower clones that are already sexually mature for it to work. it's not going to work from seed unless you veg the plant, take clones and then flower one of those. although as other ppl have stated, you probably want 100W to make it worth your while.

if you are set on lower wattage you could just get an HLG QB65 if you want something pre built. altho it's 4000k it will still flower ok.

here is a few add on items you could use for dimming.

the other option would be to do a DIY strip build which would give you more customization and potentially let u upgrade it over time.

I've got a 50W LED bulb.
I just can't imagine growing a plant under it that will flower and ripen.
At least anything worth the time.
The strip build is a good idea for a small project plant, but again, go 100W if you're gonna do it.
You can dial 100 back to 50, but you can't dial up 50 to 100 if it's not there.

agreed on 100W and dialing down being the better option.

a 50W led bulb won't do the trick. 50W spread across 120 or 288 diodes and run 6" off the canopy does a very nice job. I have a couple of fixtures w 3 and 4 boards, run at 1050ma which gets them right about 50W each. ive done 8 plants sog under both setups multiple times. it all depends how big of plants you are trying to do. I run my leds soft for efficiency and bc I was previously limited in height now I prefer to grow this way.

can't find any full tent pics but here's some colas a week before harvest, and then on harvest day from my last run in a 2x3x4.5' tent w 150W across 3 QBs. 8 plants in total. yield was a little over 150G of decent buds + some popcorn.
