A growdrobe for flowering, veg, mother and clones?

I have been reading posts for weeks in an attempt to find the best method for a stealth grow in an apartment. A growdrobe with a couple of plants is what I am most interested in.

What I have in mind is a wardrobe about 6', 4', 2', ... but I haven't bought one. From what I have gleamed from this, and many other sites, a good system would be a 400W digital ballast with an MH for veg and HPS for flowering, a carbon filter, a fan for active exhaust, a passive intake or two and a fan inside to keep the air moving.

My question is, is there a way to incorporate a mother and some clones into a growdrobe like this, so that when the plants are done flowering there can be a couple others in the growdrobe ready to go? In the interest of space conservation and stealth, one self-contained unit would be ideal.

Mine is that size, but it is strictly one big grow area. I was told and I've come to believe it is true that trying to do multiple things in one cab is a recipe for disaster - hard to keep one section perfectly dark on 12/12 while another section is all lit up on 18/6. Not saying it can't be done, people do it, but it is not easy.

Good luck.

It could prolly be done if you start from seed and just use that same cabinet for the entire grow.
But to have a perpetual grow with, Mothers, clones, vegging, and flowering all in one cabinet of that size.
I don't think it can be done without messing up the photoperiods.
Plus, it would hard as hell to keep humidity levels high during vegg, and
humidity levels low during flower.

I think it's time to put your thinking cap back on and go back to the drawing board.

2 Wardrobes is the solution:

I use 2 armoirs myself, and so far, im doing well.

I split 1 armoire into 2 compartments, a top and bottom, and used the top for clones and the bottom for mothers, all on CFL lights (no heat).

When tis time to omve the clones, I pull the Rubbermaid reservoir out, and move the whole damn thing over to the flower armoire(400w HPS).

Got both armoires off craigslist for free, and basicly pimped the insdes with Mylar, a couple of intake fans, some CFLs, and the flower box got a 400w HPS and a cool tube.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the advice folks.

This doesn't sound promising. I think i could nick the light thing, but the humidity issue seems like a big problem.

Maybe it is time to go back to the drawing board.

I've never worried about humidity at all. Have good air movement and the humidity sorts itself out.
