I planted this seed thinking it would sprout into a beautiful little sativa plant... Now I don't know wtf this thing is. The strain is Durban poison and yes I'm positive the seed was a marijuana seed

That is a type of grass, and NOT the one you wish to cultivate.
Chances are the seed was not viable.

Maybe start with kentucky blue?

Got the seeds from leafly. It really does look like a grass. Just baffled, wonder how this seed got mixed up with marijuana seeds Haha!

Think I'll let it grow and see what it turns into

I thought it might be k.blue too but the KBG blade is thinner.

How big was the seed ? Blue grass has tiny seeds and tall fescue has a rice grain looking seed.

Already tried to. But before I transplanted it into were it is now i saw the seed grow out of the hole and it looked like any other kind of MJ seed so... Idk kinda weird

I'm thinking the actual seed died, and that was already in the soil, and took off under the right conditions...my theory only.

Can understand that theory, but i had 10 sativa seeds in a container germinating together and waiting for them to sprout and grow Roots before I transplanted them into bigger pots. I checked on them every day and watched as this weird seed grew.
