Drooping plant

Hey everyone. I’m in week 8 of veg. 1 of my 4 plants has completely wilted. I think I may have overwatered a couple days ago. Hoping it will dry out and come back. Not too worried about that 1. My question is, can I flip with it like that or do I have to wait til it comes back or completely dies. Thanks

You can flip whenever, but its not ideal to start flowering with unhealthy/ stressed plants
