I don't know,,, the curly leaves, the specs where the damage appears to be starting, the shinyness in the middle, and that the majority of the damage seems to be near the top. Both broad and russet can cause damage like this. And they like to attack closer to the top of the plant.
It could be nutritional or environmental too. Just at first glance it looked like bug damage. I would get out the microscope and rule them out before I tried doing anything else.
Also, the issue is spreading. Bugs spread out as they reproduce.

Also just so you know I am not an arrogant POS that insults people for trying to help someone figure out an issue...good chance it may be P deficient as well.

If it is a pest problem I know clove oil is a natural repellent, just mix it with water in a spray bottle and spray it, although as your in budding you don’t really want any contamination, it’s better to use it in the vegetative stage

It's not insulting to ask new members who give out bad advices if they actually grow Cannabis or not. The forum is here to help other growers out. If you give advices, be clear to know what you're actually talking about. That's all.

No, you won't get uniform patterns from mite damage like in that plant. He could have early stage mites from all I know, but the damage in those pics are not from mites. Any kind of stress can affect the health of the plant and it's ability to properly uptake nutrients but you would see more tell tale signs of mite damage and webbing long before any of that happened.

There won't be any webbing. I suggested broad or russet mites. And I could be wrong. We definitely don't know much of anything in this person's grow yet.
To the op- information relating to temperatures, humidity, lighting, growing media and nutrition would be incredibly helpful in getting your plants some help.
