So, in a case of teacher's word against a students' and vice versa. Whose word would you take and why? Example, at our local HS, there were two incidents couple years back..

First, there was a female teacher that would reference Hispanic students whom she could not remember their names as taco or burrito. And Asian students as ching and chong. I understand this type of behavior does not offend many here, but try to think as if those were your kids.

Second incident, a male teacher who constantly rubbed female students or massaged their shoulders and arms. In both cases, overwhelmingly students supported these claims. Neither teachers were terminated but rather transferred to different school districts.

I think having videos to at least reference back to could and would have helped in these two cases. And I do not think these videos should or need to be monitored in real time.
