Genetics Question for the smart folks

Hi, first post, cool place you have here! Been lurking for a bit and getting tons of info but I don't have my answer yet and need help from experienced breeders (smoked waaaaay too much before Biology class back in the day and can't remember this stuff).
A while back I grew a feminized GSC Auto, used STS and S1 Self-pollinated the same plant to make seed, those seeds are GSC auto, as expected. At the same time I had a Feminized Blue Dream Photoperiod going and decided to experiment and pollinate a branch of this with the GSC Auto pollen for seed as well (Cookies and Dream-ish, if I'm not mistaken). If I am correct plants from this seed should all have the recessive auto gene but will only grow as photoperiod at this point. If I grow, STS and S1 one of these back to itself do I end up with any auto seed from this plant and, if so what percentage, also, if not, what is my quickest way to a plant that produces all Auto seed in this linage? I should add I'm not overly concerned about straying from original genetics, it's just a fun experiment to see what I can do. As stated above, I'm comfortable with STS processes, cloning, self and cross-pollination for this adventure. Thank you in advance!

Better to grow out more of the F2 and pollinate another (or all) autos than to self an auto. Just cause of the limited veg part

That does make sense, plus not quite as tricky on trying to time the flip in order to match pollen to flowers... I could start 2-3 groups of plants a week apart to make sure to get alignment.
