Anyone have a hernia ever

Weed is easy for me, I am def a top grower (90 percentile) in this forum.
Well I’m in the top 99.9% of growers on all weed forums ever, NASA wants me to run their space weed program I’m that good.
Probably because I use weed forums for weed growing advice and not medical advice.
Plus my balls are in showroom condition any sign of wear and tear, I show them to the first female doctor I can.
Oh the benefits of free healthcare.

I think when you feel you have everything figured out when growing mother nature will prove you wrong in one way or another. I am at the point that I feel more comfortable with the plants and I don't have to worry about every little nuance when growing. I plan on trying some new things with the girls, but what I'm doing now seems to be working. I'm glad I had a good mentor to get me going in the right direction. About a pound.IMG_0019.JPG

You should be able to feel the lump which will push back in fairly easily. I had an umbilical hernia above my belly button. It doesnt hurt badly but it was fairly uncomfortable when lifting etc. Had surgery and it was good as new, they were going to put a mesh in to stop it happening again but i was training a lot at the time and had good muscle development so there was good anchor for the internal stitches.

If the pain lasts more then a few days go see the doc.
I have one of those right now! Lol it doesnt hurt at all just weird I always have to push it back in my stomach and I don't wanna get cut open but I know it's a simple operation just need to make time and do it but now with covid everything is back seat ! Have a good day don't lift with your back only with your legs and Good health to everyone ....thanks

I mean you can always improve. I'm sure I can use my tent space better. For example in a 4x4 tent my plants are really only covering 12 square feet sometimes. I have health issues and don't feel like doing everything perfect. Neck and jaw issues from sleeping like a freak and my neck not being supported when fucking around in my tents that gave me tinnitus.

Thanks.. This started probably about 2 weeks ago, but gotten better the last few days. Probably just a strain. I was having pain in my lower back and on the side of my back/hip... Got it from straining from doing a back exercise that helps my posture and forward head posture. I can't win.

@tyler.durden bro instead of trying to be a comic and getting you're nut off and a few others...How about go to the newbie forum and answer questions. Just a thought.
That's just what I did. There was a thread there asking members to list their 5 most annoying mainliner sox, and you were #3 on my list. But you're slowly moving up. If not treated promptly, Meast infections can be dangerous.

And the night looks promising. TY all. You will not be in the top 75% until you realize nature is the grower. You are but a caretaker. And I have yet to see any true concern.

Peace and humor always.

I'm starting to experience this but with no pain, I do feel it bulge when i cough but still no pain. I want to have it looked at, but the Drs office right now has bigger priorities
