Accidentally left my lights on for 14 hours during flower!!!!! Help!!!!!!

So, let my be more specific. The lights in my grow tent were off. But the lights in the room where my grow tent is in were on. Causing definite light leaks. Unfortunately I also left the speed control panel for my ac infinity exhaust fan were also left inside the tent. The light created by it was enough to light up the canopy of one of my plants. Is there anything I could do??? My light schedule is usually 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. But the plants were getting that extra light from 9:30-11:30. Is there anything I can do? Could I change my lights on/off time to 11:30-11:30 so that they get 12 hours of darkness tonight?

My only suggestion is restart your cycle from dark. Obvious but missed often.
I throw a 13 hour day in once per week. Never an issue.

after u do a 13 hr day do you still give 12 hours of darkness?
Also what do u mean by “restart cycle from dark”?
Like should I leave them off for 12 hours and then start 12/12 cycle? Sorry I took some Xanax yesterday (prescribed) and my brain is like jello.

I just meant to be sure to complete the dark cycle before anymore light. People have started with light first. Avoid this. LOL.

oh shit sorry lol another quick question. I was so barred out last night I don’t remember what exact time I flipped off my lights. Could have been anywhere between 11:35-11:45
Turned them on today at 11:40. If it was only like 11:55 min of darkness is that a big deal lol
