Flushing amount ?

I’m at 9 weeks of flower and bout to start flushing my harvest for it’s cut. They are in 5 gallon pots, I was just wondering how much water should I overflow and how many times do I flush them straight before week 11 or twelve before I cut them.

In smaller pots and usually water till 8/3 my last feedings come out the bottom.

I've flushed all of once in my life, the very first time I grew indoors using GH 3 part, maybe 20 years ago. Noticed zero difference. Never did it before or since.

I usually flush twice. Once to clear the bowl, and then a second time as a courtesy to whoever's next.

Flushing or not makes no real difference. Do what you like but water only for the last week is cheaper on nutes. If your doing it because u get a better smoke then that's another discussion and I dont believe it makes a difference.

If your plant is showing signs of being over fed then just give it a good leach.

I think I decided not to flush. Not because of the flavor. I don’t see a difference when it’s flushed or not half to time I don’t even notice. I’ve saved all of my foliage in a big bag when I defoliated. What I’m planning on doing is running the branches and roots in my chipper after I cut the buds and using all of the left overs as a mixture with the soil I harvested this crop with and I’m gonna mix it all together for my next harvest. Well the reason I’m going to play in a flash because I’m scared that if I add nutrients in my next harvest it up over nutrient and cause deficiency next season.

I generally cut out the NPK nutes for the last week, but keep feeding fulvic, bacteria, and kelp thru harvest.

I didn’t flush and that shit is just as peachy as ever. Got sold a wrong seed but love the smell. I harvested the day before yesterday. These all came from one plant . They both doubled there sizes but had a lot of leaves.
