Cfls power loss?

Hi all wondering if it's just me but I'm currently on an electric key meter, today I forgot to top up and electric went off for 5 minutes whilst I popped to the shop. When I got back I put key on and all power ressumed. Problem is for some reason the 3 x 125w maxibrite cfls with bay 6 reflectors have stopped working now. I have checked sockets and power is fine. Has anyone experienced this with cfls?

Low voltage power sources are most often burned up by power surges or outages
Typically a small transformer but with new technology it can be built into a circuit board
Were you on surge protectors?

That's an odd one?
I wouldn't expect the meter running out to be any different to a timer switching on/off?

By the off chance digital timers sometimes need manually switched back on... Fingers crossed?
No bulb has gone. When my electric does go off, I put the key in meter and doorbell goes off and the soundbar on the tv turns itself very loud. Hahaha I'm guessing it's just crap electrics here. The hps tent and led tent have both been fine when this happens. Only the cfls die when electric is put back on

I suggest getting new lights. Them corn cob style cfl's and led's are junk. The better ones have built in fans. I used to burn a 50 dollar bulb up every 3 months by turning the switch off or on. Im not sure what company makes the ones with fans in them but they can handle the heat and the ones without a fan cannot.
