Deciding a container for strange climate

This is going to be my first grow in Socal and I have a unique climate that I need some tips on what to use for the container. During the months im growing it will be foggy and a marine layer will be present until around 12-1 each day, for one to one and a half months of my grow. I am wondering what would be the best container to grow in because of the fog but then the bright Cali sun after.

Fog is just moisture in the air, which should have no baring on the container you use, if you want the best container you can get, get, airpots about 60$ for 5 on amazon they're are also certified 100% fog safe
So the fog does not affect container the I use? Also, are the airpots designed for foggy conditions or is it just a good container to grow?

Yeah, forget about the fog  The only thing you need to pay attention to is the amount of humidity you have during flowering. You're growing inside or outside? I'm guessing outside. High humidity in an indoor grow will cause mold to form on your buds. But, if you're growing outside, don't even worry about it.

Concern over fog and containers makes no sense. Instead be concerned about the fog during flowering. Especially mid-flower on. This is the first time I’ve ever heard this. A new one.
Okay thanks for clearing that up I was just worried about access moisture for the roots. how badly does fog affect the buds and do you know anything to do that would help it?

Airpots are the best you can get, the pots are designed to air prune your roots, with these pots irs next to impossible for the roots to get root bound, the only downside to them is it take a few watering to not get the water rushing out the holes...a nice slow stream in a circle motion and you'll be fine...good soil, good nutrition..will yield a great plant, we will help your grow it on the condition you never mention your "fog" question to anyone eles lol

You might look into getting a cheap lean-to tunnel for them if your fairly close to the ocean. I lost a whole crop on Cape Cod from salt spray kicked up by storms and I was a couple miles inland.

There are no dumb questions...but that doesn't me we won't razz you a little..lol...what kind of starins are you looking for?
I would have done the same if I knew my shit. Im planing on growing an auto flower thats sativa dominant, but tbh Im not picky just anything that would grow well for these conditions.

It's absolutely something to worry about.

High humidity outdoors can wreak havoc on bud.

Yeah, but humidity is not going to be so high all the time that it sticks around constantly. In a tent, room, or closet its 100% high humidity is a problem. But outside? Think about how much humidity you need in the air at a constant rate (all the time) without airflow when growing outside. The chances of that being the case outdoors so much that it causes a problem with mold, is going to be rare situation. I just don't see a situation where you're growing outside and mold is going to form unless it's constantly wet and rainy all the time, and there's not enough natural airflow, plants too close together, etc. Could just grow them inside a greenhouse with a large fan if that's the case.

They just dont give up.
Ive heard enough.
Hey Bernie, English isn't my first language. I speak Ukrainian, Russian, English, and Polish. If you got a f*cking problem then take it somewhere else. There is always a dickhead here in the forums.
