to me and I'm no expert by any means..lol
it looks like your lacking in N for some reason, either not enough in your mix to take you through the whole grow or its being locked out by something. I'm thinking not enough for the stretch
i find my plants need more N in early flower for the stretch, so I will top dress at the beginning of flower with either Gaia green all purpose 4-4-4 if i think it might be lacking in N or a mix of 50\50 all purpose / power bloom everything else. This last round i misread my plants and should have given three of my plants the 4-4-4 instead of the 50\50 mix as they ran out of N and ended up looking terrible☹ compared to the rest
so i topdress the above mix at beginning of flower then at 2-4 and sometimes 6 weeks top dress with power bloom
maybe try giving them N at the start of flower for the 2-3 week stretch and then top dress with your bloom ferts at 2 weeks and as needed
Sounds good I will look into the Gaia green. You’re probably right maybe lack of N at the beginning of flower. Will try to get some type of bloom booster. Thank you sir!

Hello everyone! I try to research things before posting but I have to admit I’m at a dead end with this one...I have grown from soil to coco and now to organic. No matter the medium seems that I end up with yellowing leaves early.

Currently I use a local organic soil comes amended with lobster shell And composted manure and ph balanced. I mix a total of 10 gallons with My own EWC with perlite and some coco coir.
Then I amend with a half cup of the following:

Kelp Meal
Alfalfa meal
Neem Meal
Crab Meal
Dolomite Lime
Bone Meal
Blood Meal
Epsom Salt

Also the following:
2 Cups glacier rock dust
1 Cup Gypsum
1 Cup Oyster Shell Flower

I let it cook for around 30 days if not longer. I also use RO water with CALMAG. The plants seem to do great for about 5-6 weeks and look beautiful and lush Then like the 2nd-3rd week of flower they Start turning light or lime green.

I have also been making teas with Neptune’s fish fertilizer kelp molasses and EWC and feeding every 10 days or so during flower. Nothing has helped and not sure what I am missing.
The pic is a blue dream in her second week of flower. You can see how the leaves are starting to lighten. I just

Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you all and I look forward to your responses!
Have you looked into this method:
This is only my second grow and I decided to give it a try. I have never seen healthier plants! I’m using 2 15 gal earth boxes in a 3x3 with a 315 cmh. My whole tent is filled with 2 plants rather than last run of 4 with bottled nutrients. If you can follow directions you can’t seem to fuck it up. I’m sold!

Next time add a good layer of compost with a handful of feather meal and alfalfa mixed into the compost, right before you switch into bloom. Also using fish emulsion during flower is super helpful, growing in soil it is hard to keep up with nitrogen demands of plants. I’ve found the feather meal offers a good slow release nitrogen source that will keep them green as long as they need to be. Good luck

They are a pale green; many are correct to say you need a bit more N in your mix. I had much the same issues with yellowing plants by week 5 but layers and spikes helped a lot:
First try to transplant to your final size bloom container only about a week or two before the flip. Try adding a high N layer of a slow release fertilizer like cow or chicken manure. Highly recommend Charlie’s Compost brand chicken shit btw. I prefer to lay it in the bottom mixed in with some base soil and ewc; then sprinkle in a bit of crushed oyster flour to help buffer the ph. Finally I sprinkle on a small amount of granular mycorrhizae and place the root ball in contact with it. Works like a charm.
Organic spikes are pretty much just a finger hole in the top of your soil pot full of raw organic amendments that are released slowly throughout bloom phase. You can DIY them with amendments you have on hand or buy them pre-made and just stick em in the dirt. I use Jobes AP organic spikes as they are cheaper than buying the amendments separately. They are made of mostly feather meal and potash; feed for 8 weeks. I put 2 in each 7g pot.

Thank you all for the replies, I started using the Jobes spikes and or top dress of gypsum kelp fishbone meal covering it with EWC around every 10 days or so. Seems to be helping. I have also started using Charlies Compost (Thanks Richard!). Here are a couple of pics of Gelato OG I have currently in week 5 which seems to be doing well. I sprinkled about a tablespoon of Charlies compost 2/3 of the way down along with EWC at transplant. I also started giving the plants some Alaska Fish Fertilizer 5-1-1 right before going into flower which seems to help a little. I do try to put a couple handfuls of EWC in each plant on a weekly basis. I seem to be getting further into flowering without the yellow leaves except now purplish lol.
