White stuff on top of grow meduim/coco

So this morning i woke up to find some white stuff on top of the meduim .. happend over night my rh has been fluctuating between 65-71rh .
I did use great white about a week ago.
I beleive i read that great white and others can cause this and tht it a sign tht its working but i can be wrong ..

Any thoughts?

Looks like salt build up. Run more nutrient solution through the medium when you water. You need to flush out the old stuff for the new stuff to work right

High RH with poor ventilation can cause white mold on soil or coco or just lower your humidity and keep a wet to dry cycle you'll be fine though rub it off throw it out not a problem

Doesn't look like coco to me. Could be mold but it could be Mycorrhiza. Which is added to the soil/coco. Send us a pic of the bag of your grow medium.
Doesn't look like salt build up to me. And you are fine to run 60-70% rh in veg just add a fan for better airflow.

This should fix your issue. i think its regular mold. Ive seen what i think is myco growing on top of them medium and thats not it.
looks like regular ol peat or coco to me.

Those are still little , i would wait to transplant them....just let them dry out real good between waterings.

If you really think the medium you are in is causing you issues then its ok to transplant them into roots organics. Roots organics IS coco. (coco based with a bunch of good shit to make it a good "soil")

All coco is not cut the same. This is my coco. Its not ground to a dust like most mixes are.
This particular type is "chunky and long fiber" , it can be used as perlite if you want. Thats my use for it.

The most popular type is ground up fine like most peat moss blends. It has way better water retention then my mix.

Alright got it , so i water roots organic like soil right wet to dry 6.2-6.5 ph ..
Not too worried bout it me .. i do have a single plant tht definitely needs a transplant but its mostlikely a male tho cause of the fast growth ..
its just ive never seen it before and im learning .. are they even on track? Day27 week 4 from seed.

Yes, treat it just like a good soil.
They look fine to me....they are a little on the small side but i see nothing bad going on. The newer mix will also provide the food that you are not right now. (if your in plain coco)

After I posted I looked up his post history and in another thread he mentioned this showed up after he used great white. That is definately mycorrhizae not mold. But he did not provide that info in this thread.

Thats not myco. myco does not grow like that without a host.
