Yea using LED too i usually Leave them dry for about a day before i water Again, just wanted to make sure

Yours aren’t that bad, wouldn’t even go as far as calling it toxicity more just excess. They’ll bounce back for sure, but the clawed leaves will stay permanently even if your N levels are correct. So don’t worry if you still see them like that.

Water, and then test the runoff. Just to make sure you’re in the right range and the microorganisms are doing their thing. Good soil will adjust to right levels
