It's an old school seed bank that no smart growers get their autoflower genetics from. I read High Times years and years ago and then had a large break from cannabis, but I remember them for some reason so I ordered from them when I decided to start growing. Stands for Marijuana Seeds Netherlands I believe. When I sent them pictures of the seeds my feminized(allegedly) plants produced they sent me some of their newer auto flower seeds for free so they are at least trying to correct their short comings in the autoflower world.

I have not grown the seeds yet but 207 genetics out of Maine takes a credit card through Venmo and has a huge selection. Very fast delivery and great to deal with.

Some breeders will take the time to work the lines of the strain for better reliability and uniformity. Mephisto is one. However , many “ breeders “ put out janky autos , which gives autos a bad rap. They cross once and shellout the bunk. Sometimes if you are creative, you can further work them yourself by crossing them over again.
Example : Better up a new batch of seeds by crossing 2 of the same auto fems together and so on. BTW it also keeps money in pocket by “ resupplying “ your seed stock of auto fems. Then you can continue to further pheno hunt. In meantime enjoy some smoke and seed making from same plant or to get a run of seeds only.
But there are some shit seeds right from start , so you might have to “ weed “ thru the shit offerings to find ones that need to be further explored.
Cali connection , barney’s are on my naughty shit list. Tangerine Dream is straight garbage , Ultraviolet Strain is another hot mess , Crazy Miss Hyde stalled mid flower and ran 15 weeks without finish ( i dropped cycle and other things to force flower it but it didn’t budge “ so called auto “ ) .
Try Bomb seeds / Speed seeds they are pretty good, THC BOMB , Gorilla Bomb , Atomic bomb strains were good smoke. Wanted Cherry Bomb but yet to snag them.

This is the first one which was shorter and even stockier but grown in soil and not coco so and it wasn't as big but also finished at 10 weeks.

Genetics are funny that way, different phenos happen more than stable “same every time” plants, plus each one is from seed is individual
Did you top them or tie them down at all? What light schedule did you use?

I didn't top. I did tie them down. My light schedule was 24/7 with a fissioning quantum board at 12 in front top entire grow. My theory was this would keep it short and stocky becuase my tent is only 54 in high.

I have made two purchases, both direct from them. First order, I paid for 9 seeds and they sent me 21. Harder to find these days, gets sold out fast. It's doable though, you just gotta pounce as soon as their site goes live, also make sure you know what you're looking for ahead of the time.

What would you consider short?
Swiss cheese is one that stays nice and compact as well. If you are in soil as to coco. Your odds of getting a smaller plant is much better. They seem to flower a few weeks faster in it. I am not sure if you can name seed banks in here. idf so. if some one could tell me that would be grea. I do use one that ships fast, and takes cc or paypal. I like big plants. I have only found a few that I would call small autos my self.
I top any plant I touch. Well, maybe not one of my last photos. but pretty much every thing. I have topped a few autos more than 5 times. You do need to watch for it to let you know when it is ready and be in coco. Just my 02 there. I am seeing a lot of nice plants over here
