What's the reason my top leafs some look like a broken finger is this heat or light stress?

It's one of the two, or both I'd say. But, for people to be able to help you make the determination, I think we would need more information. What light are you using, what is intensity of the light, and what is the proximity of the light to your plants? What are the day and night temperatures of your grow area?
A good test is to place your palm on top of your highest bud. Then, leave it there for 30 seconds. If the back of your hand is uncomfortably warm, that should tell you something.

Its the humidity I went out and bought a humidifier and make sure my temps are up and there recovering ok
