It's one of the two, or both I'd say. But, for people to be able to help you make the determination, I think we would need more information. What light are you using, what is intensity of the light, and what is the proximity of the light to your plants? What are the day and night temperatures of your grow area?

A good test is to place your palm on top of your highest bud. Then, leave it there for 30 seconds. If the back of your hand is uncomfortably warm, that should tell you something.

It tells me he put his hand too close to the light

Hey guys I wanted to pass along this app only tho if you have Apple its a free ppfd meter accurate too I just found it and its pretty accurate its called korona
