Well that's a sub division of DNA so they're probably the same thing. Maybe you just got a more Trainwreck dominant pheno. I've heard about it, but I've only grown the OG structured one that was selected by a dispensary and cloned.
Thats what I'm thinking its the train wreck pheno but my other three are definitely og dominant

That doesn't look like Kandy Kush.
another member mentioned that it didn’t resemble any sort of kush as well. In my mind a sativa leaning pheno in a kush cross is questionable, and I’m not particularly fond of dna/reserva privada/ ... so it’s kind of frustrating seeing people grow out what they were expecting as kush to grow like that. Trainwreck pheno my ass, highly doubt that cut made it to Spain, considering it’s been dead in the PNW for a long time. So yes, I find DNA to be clowns. YMMV

I still remember my first grows. But that doesn't look in anyway like a kush strain tbh. Here's a typical kush nug:

Candy and kush in the same name make me squirm. Kush should always be heavy in effect and have darker notes IMO. If it smells like candy it's not real kush. Sounds more like marketing to kids ROFL. Cheers!
Dunno what that was.

Oh my worrrrrd. ‍
Don't you hate it when they start to foxtail like that though? Is it just starting to get warmer where you are? I always get it late spring/early summer when there's nothing I can do about the ambient temperature in the garage increasing. They start to act like they want to keep growing forever.

Fox tailing. Omg, to a T! It’s been so humid. And yes, growing for forever. Like, come on.
