O.k so what you have to do is measure the radius of each cola, then multiply it times the circumference.
A
=
π

r
2
Then add the area your growing in divided by "who the hell knows"...giving you the exact yield.

No, I joke...you already know we cant answer that correctly, there are a million variables. Hows about you grow it out and tell us how much you yield? (Nice plants by the way.)

guesstimate... 4 pants, in 4 gallon pots, grown in coco, under good lighting, vegged for around 6 - 7 weeks, and topped a few times = 4.5 to 5.5 zips per plant, plus 1 zip of trim per plant! If you grow enough, and have grown in many different size pots, using various vegging times, you should be able to teach yourself just about how much you will get before you even start your grow, just by doing the math... final pot size + veg time! And as long as you use good lighting and keep your feeding and environment in check!

anything less than 3lbs is an error on someone's part imo.

On the generous side I would say a pound and on the realistic side I would say 16oz. And if we’re being conservative so your not disappointed I would say 454g.
