Hello. I joined today because I was given these little starters, and I am getting ready to repot them into a 3 gallon. Is it ok to put 3 of them in the one bucket?

Currently in 5" squares? I would not pot them all together. Many reasons.
First what are they ( i know theyre marijuanas ) but strain and are they females? You do not want to be entwined and have to remove one sharing a rootball.

Oh my I missed that part definitely agree all plants separate you plant in one pot anything that effects one will effect all of them and they like thier own space
