High yield?

This has always been on my mind. Could you veg a plant for an extreme period of time and get a massive yield. Obviously there are lots of other variables, but say it is perfect conditions and you have say a 10+ gallon container could you potentially veg a plant for like half a year and get a fat yield or is there a threshold to how big it'll grow?

I know one thing you'd have to do a LOT of defoliation.

Absolutly veg it to a tree get 4lbs a plant. Just your going to need light movers and a big space. I had a guy on my fb that did 4 plants the size of cherry trees indoor in his garage and got 16lbs lol. Still legal in canada haha.

Iv pulled 18-21 oz consistently in 5 gallon fabric parts of Coco and never going 1 day over 7 weeks from seed before flip. I don’t know how some people can veg forever I don’t have the patience for that shit man lol but to. Answer your question yes the longer you veg the more you will yield and flour but as stated above you were going to need to defoliate the ever living fuck out of that plant most likely on an every other day basis if we’re talking about plants the size of the ones are growing in Cali right now outside that people need 12 foot ladders to reach the tops of them you’re talking daily every day a good two hours popping fans off that bitch

And honest to god Im pretty sure I just harvested a ww from ilgm that’s was in a #3 hard pot (2.7 gal true volume) that is going to jar up damn near if not just over 1 lb I took some testers off her a few weeks back and all 4 tops are between 8-12g each I 4 way lst so theirs a shit tone more.....she was vegged for about 12 weeks though because I almost killed her 2x.....I really don’t think any one indoors needs to grow in anything bigger than a 10 gal pot honestly there’s just no need it’s proven the pull big boy numbers off a little tiny pots all you really need is to know what you’re doing and work with the high-yielding strain and you can very easily pull 1-2 lb per plant...if u want a proven yielder I strongly strongly suggest heading up I love growingmarijuana.com and get yourself blue dream feminized seeds I’ve pulled half a pound quite a few times with that strain per plant with 4 way lst and exactly 4 week veg from seed

Yes!! I grew plants outdoors last year. I started them indoors in the beginning of March and harvested second week of October. I ended up with almost 2 pounds, and I was growing in indirect sun! Another user mentioned defoliation is needed, I would whole heartedly agree. Long veg = massive yields imo

Well I stuffed a 3x3 scrog with one plant in 15gal and a 12weeks veg.
That was a little over 16 oz.

I bet with a 25-30gal pot you could veg 3-4months and pull 2-3lbs.

In a scrog or trellis set up would probably be your most efficient way to do it.

hard to penetrate a 10ft outdoor tree with indoor grow lights I believe

I think you will need a bigger pot if you plan to veg for a year and a half. I this for indoor or outdoor. What size space. In a 4x4 tent, you could veg for just a 3 or 4 months, and have a plant big enough to fill a scrog canopy.

Imagine the time to trim lol im dreading tues just a couple plants cant imagine doing a tree.
Dry trim, and it is much less stressful, plus it turns out better too IMO.
