Looks pretty good to me. You were a bit heavy handed on the defoliation, perhaps.

They will fill back in, don't sweat it. Take a look at this one. I did the same to all 4 plants and they just explored after that. Defol/lollipop done Nov 28th and the canopy pic was Dec 2 so after 4 days it looked like the last pic.

Wow thats gorgeous. My nodes seem really close on most of mine so I'm scared to prune that high considering I'm in flowering state already. I know that there's a stretch phase but I'm not sure on how much taller they'll get considering it's bagseeds. Thanks for your response and the pics HydroKid

Bag seed or not you should count on double to triple size when done. This is what those plants looked like when stretch done. The one in the back left shot up like a bean stalk. This pic is 4 weeks after light change.
