I assume she is just still adjusting to the soil and the good organic stuff in it. let her dry ALL THE WAY out , then water and repeat. The only good way for you to know when she needs watered is to wait for her to dry out till the leaves are starting to droop , pick up the pot and feel the weight, now water it and wait until it weighs a little more then it was when it was bone dry. If you have to see your leaves droop a few times to get the hang of it , its no big deal , thats MUCH less stress then overwatering.
