I also took the covering from the light pannel and it seemed to just make the light shine straight down. like less light is illuminated thoughout the room

also the power supply that is in the LED ballast has places where you can tap in safely. I'll post more photos later to show you. it's a little plastic clip that runs from the current itself and snaps over any wire withing 10-14 gauge wire. so if I buy some more LED pannels I can just tap into them. if needed I'll buy one more ballast like I have and have one pannel tapped into each.

I personally would not wire them together. the connectors are probably not rated for much higher voktage/amps than they need. if you are going to stick with bulbs maybe use something like this

yup that is what you would want. you want to get the light shining straight at the plants not light the room.

just got a donation today. all I need is the bulbs. this will be my flower light. it's a T5 so I'm assuming I can get any bulb that's for a T5 correct. I was gonna do two bulbs of each color when I get the chance. what bulbs should I get
