His whole gang is beyond good fiction.

You can clearly see the levels of assholes in this shit show. Almost a caste of assholes.

I’m still going with august in nj, bunkers. It’s going to happen on the first night he drinks. He’ll get drunk and ride around like a crazy man on the links in a golf cart. Security will be called and everything will be taped.

That or a Russian sniper Lindsey gave his key to.

No, I honestly don’t know how his track record is. A lot of people can be persuaded to vote for a senator based on successful government contracts and such. Bring home a big billion dollar defense contract and they will overlook their votes on abortion because although they may have feelings on those issues, their kids are ship builders etc. the hot topics are what get some people fired up, but they usually amount to nothing. So I don’t know how successful Cruz has been for Texas. I imagine they care about fracking and such.

I honestly don’t know much about Texas either.

As DIY said, long lines for food, a deadly virus he downplayed and next to zero federal support to people in need, would, I imagine, make him unpopular. That’s if you can get past him being a traitor.

He might be on legal trouble too.

You’re probably right but a guy can still hope. He may be in some legal trouble soon.
once again. What legal trouble is Cruz in for? You don't even live in the US. I realize up in Canada you don't have our Bill of Rights, but you may want to go look it up in our Constitution.

we don't have long lines for food unless you are talking about McDonald's in the lunch hour. We happen to feed the world shipping corn, wheat and soybeans to feed China and Russia who can feed their own. Get a clue.

No federal support? Any time a hospital admits someone with Covid a hospital collects over $50,000 USD in federal aid. Funny thing is flu cases are non-existent this year, wonder why?

As for aid not going to citizens. Nancy Pelosi refused to allow it up for a vote, Democrat Speaker of the House controls what is voted on and all budget bills by law originate in the House of Representatives. I realize that as a Canadian you learned nothing about how our government runs. Maybe educate yourself on the subject. The President merely signs or vetos a budget bill. He signed one that Pelosi sent him.

I don’t know a lot about Texas, has Cruz done a good job for them? Brought jobs and prosperity to them?
Yes. People are moving into Texas because it has no income taxes, plenty of jobs and inexpensive housing compared to states run by Democrats with high taxes, expensive housing and a job climate that results in companies moving there from California.

But Cruz isn't responsible for those reasons, the state government is which is Republican controlled.
