Cal deficiency?

Im pretty sure this is a cal deficiency, but wanted some help from everyone else. I premixed my soil, and got the container mixed up with my wife's for her outdoor shrubs... so unfortunately these are autoflowers in a mix of Kellogg's patio plus, miracle grow organic, and perlite.... I know.... they've been going strong until the last week. They are 42 days from seed.

Light: Spider Farmer sf1000
Water only, no extra nutes

Look overwatered to me. Leaf tips pointed down
That was 100% my fault. I was thinking it was either cal or mag deficiency and I was getting restless so I watered with epsom salt before I let the soil dry out all the way. Typically I water every 3 days depending on how dry the soil is, and this time I watered after 2 days because I was trying to get that mag in there. As soon as I did it I knew I should have waited :wall:

It’s alright, they’ll recover. I’ve done the same thing, most growers have. Just let them dry out a bit extra before your next watering. Raise the heat in there by a little too if you can!

I'm still thinking cal deficiency. Leaves are back up like normal, but I did out Epsom salt 2 days ago so I'm waiting to see if that helps if possible mag deficiency.

Did you solve your problem?
I they needed food. I was trying to do water only, but it wasnt working with this crap soil lol. I started feeding the only local nutes I could find and they came back. Also the light was too close and causing light Burn. The burn didnt go away obviously, but they look healthy besides that. I'll take pics tonight when I water and the kids go to bed

What did you end up feeding them?

Kellogs fish and kelp fertilizer. Not great, but it's what I had locally. Green crack is still burnt from the lights, and I'm not sure if there is something else because no other plant is acting the same, but moby dick (the big one) started taking off and looks healthy again.

I've seen worse. You're using an sf1000 only?

Yup, that is it. Its in a 3x2x4.5 right now, but when I chop the 1 down im going to put the partition up so the 2x2 is for the other 2 plants, and the 1x2 will be for drying.

that plant looks kind of dark how many weeks into flower?
They were all planted the same day, moby dick (the big one with no buds) popped first, purple lemonade (the one about harvest) popped 1 day later, and green crack (the burnt up one) popped on the 3rd day.

MD is 68 days today
PL is 67
GC is 66

Damn. Not bad for 100 watts. I might run mine thru a flower cycle to see how it does.

The only strain that I am growing that can be bought around here at a dispensary is green crack and thats $40 for an eighth. So even if I assumed purple lemonade was $25 an eighth, I would make all my money back for the grow setup with about 1.5 ounces, so im happy!

I have a lot more appreciation when smoking what I grow. It's a good, satisfying feeling. I'm not worried about the money for cuttings. It's a small price to pay.

Im sure ill feel the same. The closest dispensary is an hour away, and im tired of driving 2 hours round trip to get home and not be satisfied with what I bought. Plus this way I can try many different strains that arent available here.

I'm in Illinois if you know where that is. Dispensaries are popping up everywhere but we have the second highest tax on cannabis in the country. I'm good with my homegrown. Dispensary shit is never frosty here. At least not what I've found.

A good friend of mine lives in chicago and he said its expensive and not that great. Im in southern California, but out in the middle of no where. Closest place is palm springs and expensive and never frosty unless I want to pay close to $100 for 1/8. No thanks
