It's unbelievable the amount of time this has taken and still nothing. I would love to hear why. The real why...not some pat answer designed to appease me. Does it simply sit untouched from one year to another? They can build amazing structures and bridges in a third of the time that it is taking to do what is essentially already done. :wall::wall::wall::wall: The law community is always so smug on the length of time it takes to get shit done...disgusting to make people wait this long and longer.

John Conroy first set up his little bitch Wilcox as class action representative and then tried and failed to extort a 5% cut of the privacy breach from Kate Saunders when the case was handed to Branch MacMaster because of Conroy's criminal conduct clearly demonstrated throughout the Coalition laundering money and for intentionally misleading the BCSC by filing false information in the Kruse trial claiming that the numerous guns he had was needed to protect the 600 plants he was growing as medicine for the UCC in Calgary, sister club of his BCCC, all while the UCC is being busted for growing 24 plants for patients with a filing cabinet full of patient files...not to mention that he handed his other little bitch Emery 5 years in an Alabama jail for selling seeds online to Americans...BKB so mote it be...

still angry huh and yet you have done nothing about it. i remember you tried but the paperwork was so flawed, it fizzled out. if you have all this p[roof, why not use it? you have had YEARS to put it together yet you come here to regurgitate that same crap.
I am not a fan of Wilcox but since he's dead, why not let that go and quit slamming the DEAD!

it may be good to let some things go. it might benefit your health and wellbeing

The deceased leave the words and deeds on the earthly realm unless dealt with in a timely earthly manner so that their earthly words and deeds are not delivered to the other side for time immemorial... two down and one to go...BKB so mote it be..

I never really followed the Wilcox story. But I think he did some good for patients. REST in peace Jason.

I think basically they said you don't get paid out just for being "dumbfounded", and each individual receiver of the window envelope will have to prove their own damages at a time and place and process to be determined in the future.
I just happened to search this up today by coincidence. I registered on the branch mcmaster site twice, but they don't send me anything progress related.
