Need help first time grower

So this is my first grow they are 12 days old why are the leaves fanning down so hard and where are the second set of leaves????? Also I started with a 4000 watt light thought it might have been to much so switched to 600 now my tent temp is sitting at 65

That 4000W prob was about 200-400 actually.
Gotta get temps up...65 is min with LED...better around low to mid 80's. Cold slows growth.

Looks overwatered. When they are that small you can add small amounts of water to the edge of the container. This will keep the root zone from getting soggy and the roots will eventually fan out to fill the container. Young plants are very susceptible to overwatering. You want the media no damper than a well wrung sponge.

Just noticed the new pics. Don't let them sit in runoff it will saturate the media and choke out the young roots.

for a day. put holes on the bottom of your cups so your plant's roots dont drown.

no. just poke holes. transplanting will disturbed the developing roots and can shock the plant and stunt it.

Put the other light back in and a little clip fan on them won’t water them for the next couple days and we will see how they are

Let the soil dry, poke holes and set the cups in a tray of good water. I shit you not they will plump up but let it dry out first, the roots will seek out moisture farther at the bottom of the cup and develop better. Hopefully. Sometimes watering from the bottom up is a good thing.

65 is too cold for good seedling growth, get the temps up into the 70s, the watering advice you've gotten is good too. Warmer temps will help evaporate some of that moisture.
