Plant is in dwc problem is starting from the bottom . The pictures are from the second set of leaves
Is this a pest problem

Look closely on your leaves. You can see tiny bugs if you have an issue. I don't think it's pest just from the photo of the 2 leaves.

I had also moved it under a much brighter light for a good two days before I realized my mistake and that the plant may be affected.... but other then that happening to the leaves is the only thing.... other then that the plant looks healthy to me anyways but it’s my first grow.
