Crazy Mexican girl accuses black teen on stealing her phone

Why are you pitying the perp?
I'm not pity anybody who is thrown to the judgement of the world at large without knowing all the facts because it can really end their life as they know it. Being this famous for something like this can end her life for real. And I am not convinced it was racial. I might change my mind if more information comes out, but at the moment I just see a really stupid young woman.

That poor victim Karen.

yeah, she's a victim. The poor Karen.
At this moment I think she is a victim yes. All I see is some young stupid kid panicking when she realizes she lost her phone and believing that somebody in that lobby took it. I don't see what she is accused of and what she is being tried for in the court of public opinion. Reminds me of that kid who was making fun of the Indian earlier this year. Another stupid kid who was accused of doing something that he wasn't. Made a great story, the media made shit loads of money off of it, but just wasn't true.

"The media" lulz

The father had every right to use his position to tell his story to the public. The story involves a celebrity and people are reading it. What's so bad about that?

As far as the Karen's feelz? lulz She should have not laid hands on that boy. Has she apologized, btw? We can at least agree that she was wrong in what she did, can't we? Wouldn't an apology be the least she could do?

She’s probably too scared to apologize, plus she looks like a real idiot and perhaps a little crazy I think. The problem I have is blowing her up over a minor incident. She wasn’t trying to get anybody arrested, she just wanted her phone back. Doesn’t matter how stupid that may be, that’s what was going through her mind. So the father doing a press conference with the reverend sharpton? and saying this was a racial thing is wrong. Just because your black and falsely accused of a crime doesn’t mean it was because you’re black. Maybe he put his phone into his pocket at the exact moment she said, “where’s my phone.” And that’s all the crazy kid needed.

now you are just making stuff up. "maybe" "probably"

The answer is, she has not apologized. Wouldn't that be the morally correct thing to do?

I think I'll go back to my first post on this thread:
perhaps you should try meditation to destress.
Because you are at the end of your rope and are just making shit up.

Also very, very triggered.

Why you so angry?

You're the one who sounds angry.

Oh, no wonder. You're from Oregon.

So I’m making things up but telling the world she is a racist who profiled a black kid isn’t making shit up? Lol, ok.

post a picture of a fully native American who looks like that.

Quit making shit up.
Have to be fully native? Well shit, most blacks in America aren’t fully native Africans either so I guess they aren’t black? Damn. You certainly do sound white, sorry, but you do.

I wasn’t going to comment on this thread. A wise friend of mine once told me if you really want to understand the impact of racism in our society, listen to people who are willing to share their experience of it and shut the fuck up.

In this example, the father and son are sharing their experience. Why not just listen to their experience instead of crying for the non victim?

If this experience has a negative impact on her life, good. It’s the price you pay for being an asshole in the age of camera phones.

Because I am not sure they were the "victims" of a racial injustice. And because he has a lot more power to use his celebrity, which they have done to go after this girl. Why can't this just be about a crazy chick who accused the closet person to stealing her phone? I had some crazy white woman outside of a store accuse me of going 120 mph in a 35 zone, said she had me on tape and was going to report me to police. I didn't think it was because of my race, just thought she was crazy. In this time of heightened anxiety over race I think they did her wrong. She truly just looks like an idiot to me. If they father and son were white I have a feeling that the same thing would have gone down.

You are aloud to think that way. You still cool and grow some great weed. I personally think she had a Hitler look in her eyes. You also have to remember some white girls of that age will kill for their smart phone. She should at the least be brought up on attempted murder charges. Thoughts?

Pretty simple, if you assault someone for no good reason, you're not the victim.
It's not that simple though. Let's say black man punches white woman and she sustains a bruise and he is sent to jail for life. He would be the victim of a justice system that is not evenly applied. Just an example mind you but you can see it's not that simple.

"The Daily Mail reported on Thursday that Ms Ponsetto was arrested twice in 2020, for public intoxication and drunk driving. She pleaded no contest to the DUI charge, and her other case, stemming from a February arrest for intoxication in Beverly Hills, is still pending, with the next court date scheduled for January 28, 2021."

So maybe there was a good chance that she was drunk when this all went down and stupid and drunk don't make good decisions. Maybe she needs AA and community service.

OUI is far greater a crime than blaming somebody for stealing a phone you forgot in a cab.

She is guilty of assault for sure, doesn't matter if it was only a scratch or not, she put her hands on a kid. I'm sure the court will order treatment for her alcoholism and a suspended sentence and community service. But since these days the courts are also trying to appease the masses they may sent her in for a few weeks.
