Crazy Mexican girl accuses black teen on stealing her phone

Lol, because I’m a middle aged man with kids. She obviously is not very bright and I think a little crazy. But clearly she believes the kid had her phone. For whatever reason, she believed her phone went missing at that time and in that lobby. How many people were there outside of staff? At one point she says, “take it out of the case.” Which is even dumber, like he stole your phone and put it in another case?

she’s guilty of assault. Community time and counseling.

Better yet, would you have let her come into your office and assault a tenant?
No, if it was my place my staff would immediately shelter our guests and put themselves in between them. Then they would ask her to leave if she wasn’t a guest and if she was I would call the police. If my staff failed to do any of these things they would get more training.

what about 1st amendment?
What about it? I’m not saying the media is doing anything illegal, just morally wrong. This was race baiting from the very people who are responsible for the stereotype that black youths are all criminals.
but I’m also scared for how quick we are as a society to attack people on media and make them famous for things we’ve deemed wrong. Half of my friends are racists, I’m not thrilled about it, but I accept them and I try to show them where they are wrong when chances come up. Some of my other friends don’t get why I am friends with them. They expect everybody to be perfect I guess. I don’t, not that naive.

Exactly. A man wouldn't have the same latitude that a younger woman would when it comes to laying hands on a kid. More than likely they would get their ass beaten. And self defense could be invoked.

She acted because she knew nobody would harm her. Regarding whether or not she acted out of racist bias, of course I can't tell you what she is thinking. I do know that practically every Black person has experienced the same at the hands of non-Black people. It happens all too frequently to be simply washed away as "some random crazy person". So, I choose to listen to the people with the most experience with racism against Black people, that would be the Black family that was affected.

I'm talking about the court of public opinion. There are no legal standards, just what people decide. More and more white people are choosing to listen to Black people when they tell us what is going on. I think that's a good thing. You? I don't know what you think but I know you somehow think the Black kid's father had no right to smack the bitch back using his own special influence. She messed with the wrong family.

Not that I'm saying you are right about this Karen incident. Just laughing about you telling us about morality.
You seriously have no problem with the news putting out the name and picture of a 22 year old who basically just made an ass of herself? The black father is the one who said it was racial. I have no idea if it was, no real info about why she thought it was the boy. And although the staff handled it wrong I’m not sure that was racial either. Imagine a woman out of the blue yelling, “stop him!! He stole my purse!” And pointed to anybody; black, white, yellow or red, I think most people are going to assume it’s true, because we aren’t prepared for the level of stupid this 22 year old girl clearly is.

He wasn’t beat up. Obviously she was wrong. But what if she ends up killing herself because of this? Is that an ok outcome? We live in a world we’re people are destroyed before we even bother to know the facts.
I can't believe they haven't started in with the she should kill herself shit. It's been 38 minutes, lol.

Why are you pitying the perp? I side with and listen to the people who were doing absolutely nothing wrong and attacked. Regarding the actions of the offended father? It's his right to tell others what happened. You don't think he has that right?

Given how frequently these Karen incidents occur, I see no reason to disbelieve the Black family when they call this out as another example of racist aggression against a Black person. This kind of racist behavior has gone on far too long. It's time for it to stop.

What if it was a 22 year old black man accusing a 14 year old white girl?....and laid hands on her? o_O
They would be calling foe another lynching
What if it was a 22 year old white guy and a 14 year old black girl? Most people would be just as outraged.

Has anyone looking up the record of this Karen girl?...she probably got a demerit in high school for something? Look up her family too, this behavior probably runs in the family..

Becky and Karen memes provide a vital social function,” Williams writes. “They restore agency to Black communities by allowing them to exert a form of justice on perpetrators. In a subversion and reversal of power dynamics, Black meme creators police White supremacy and explicitly call for consequences.”

Of course, any attempt by Black people to assert power against white supremacy is instantly met by a backlash, and the backlash against Karen memes was practically foreordained. Complaints about Karen being sexist were noteworthy mostly for how neatly they re-enacted the Karen dynamic. Confronted with evidence of their own agency and complicity, some white women responded by reasserting their victimhood.

And thats the problem black people are upset about. A black person was singled out and people some how are not sure if race played a role in singling this person out.
Was he singled out though? It looks like there were like 6 people in the lobby with some of them being staff. So it's not like she picked the one black kid out of 20 white kids.
